What is integrative health coaching?
Integrative health coaching helps you live your best and fullest life by addressing all of the things that impact your life. This is not therapy. I will not be giving you all the answers. Instead, we’ll work together to help you uncover the answers you already hold inside of you by connecting all of the things that influence your life with your overall health and wellness. I offer a safe space to be your bravest, most authentic self!
How does integrative health coaching work?
Integrative health coaching works by considering all the things that affect your health and well-being. This begins with the primary foods. These are all the things that “feed” us mentally and emotionally, like your thoughts and feelings about yourself, creative outlets, spirituality, finances, and your relationship with others. This also includes what you allow in from social media, tv, radio, and other media outlets. We then take a look at how all of these things affect the way you eat, sleep, and exercise. Together, we’ll take all this information and make an individualized health and wellness plan, just for you, to achieve your health and wellness goals. Whether this means better sleep, stress reduction, better nutrition, weight change, or fitness goals, I can help you overcome the obstacles that have been holding you back!

During this time, we’ll talk about your overall health and wellness goals, what you can expect from me as your health coach, and what I expect from you as a client. At the end of the free consultation, you decide if health coaching is for you. There is absolutely no obligation to sign up for services after the free health history consultation.
What I Offer
I offer health coaching in packages of 6 or 12 sessions. The reason for this is that change takes time and commitment. We don’t create new habits overnight, and you are worth the commitment! Each session is about an hour long and can be held weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, whatever you feel fits your needs. ALL sessions, including the free consultation, are absolutely private and will never be shared without your consent.
I am currently offering sessions online or in person. My hours are flexible and include evenings and limited weekend appointments. I can’t wait to get to know you!!
